This playful class will focus on partnering up for flexibility training. After sufficiently warming up the body for deep stretching, students will learn a variety of tandem exercises which will add resistance to stretching poses to enhance the depth of each position. We will also explore some restorative acroyoga style postures to aid the body in decompression at the end of this intense stretching session.
